Who are these people, and what do they want anyone?

They keep calling every 20 mins no lie. They call up until 11:30pm

I just got ONE call TOO MANY from...(ooh, I can't find language STRONG enough to describe)...these (bleeping) FOOLS...and decided I've HAD JUST ABOUT ENOUGH, SO...I made the SMART choice...I BLOCKED THAT (BLEEPING) NUMBER!!! Now, I can FINALLY live in PEACE...but for HOW LONG?! Only TIME will tell...QUE SERA, SERA! :-\
