This is a robocaller, when you press 1 to speak to someone (they don't have the option to opt-out! - which is first clue they are jerks), a live person...mine was "Andy" gets on. I asked what is your company, "Card Services" is response. I state that isn't a company - who do you represent-he lists VISA, M/C, etc. I ask to be removed from their listing as I am on Do-Not-Call, and he hung up on me. Real class. I do know that if I have an account - they are allowed to call me. But I do not have a M/C, etc. Tip: place a contact on your cell with the #, and label it "Robocall" so you know next time!
