Called asking too many questions. Is this a legitimate government entity or just another telemarketer disguised as a legitimate government entity? I'm certain its the latter.

I answered and a man with an accent asked me if I speak Spanish. I can only assume he was out to exploit his own kind! Shame on you Rodrigo
