I received a call from this number and all she said was she needed to speak to my partner because they are 2 complaints against her and they are getting ready to serve her a summons for a court day for a loan back in 2010 that the check bounced and she never paid it. I told her I would tell her and she gave me 866-502-1938 to have her call back on. I have checked that number and it has been linked on here to payday loan scams. My partner is disable and is extremely upset about this. What should I do?
