Rings a couple times no one there

I got a call. The caller ID display showed this number. I did not recognize it, and let it roll over to voicemail. The caller left no message. I called the number. A male voice said "Hello." When I asked "Is this 850-518-1804?" the party at the other end hung up.

Unknown name called. They hung up after answering machine picked up.Unknown
