Said it was an officer from the state police but its a florida number. Saying i had an arrest warrent. Im sure this is a bill collector trying to use scare tactics.
How scary is a ringing phone? Don't allow messages and these guys can't threaten anyone. That eventually gets on their nerves and they'll quit bothering you.
