Claims to have legal allegations against me yet refuses to send me proof of debt

Says I have a debt but wants me to give my social to verify that it's me... NOT!!!!

This must be a bill collector. The recording says if you are not the actual person they are calling for to hang up. It states someone else's name. They repeatedly call every day about 3 times. This is so annoying!

This is a debt collector. I called them back and someone was looking for a girl named Crystal.
He said he would remove my number.
