Noting that they called me 4 days ago (I posted above at the time), I added a second block; now it's blocked with and without the "1+":

This group is also early bird callers; calls start before 8 a.m. and continue throughout the day. Very unpleasant scenario.

called at 9:32 am they would not respond when i answered. caller id read united breast c

They just keep on calling  multiple times a day. finally got around to blocking the number.
