Saying I'm going to jail by 4 PM on Tuesday then called today 2-17-2017 saying the same thing if I don't pay by 2pm today I will go to jail.

They are LIARS - and are  making illegal threats.  Even if you did owe, jail/arrest does NOT happen in civil cases.  Give your state attorney general a call too.

Said,if I don't pay by 11am on Feb 21st will have warrant for me and said title 18 section 1344 for bank fraud . called my local police department and attorney .

threatened me with jail time,said i had a loan from advance opportunities,needs to be paid by tomorrow at 11am,never had a loan from such a place.
