These folks are known as Fresh Start Mediation also known as Regional Mediation Bureau. They have a courier call with the phone number blocked tell you they have papers to serve you or you can call their client FSM Associates. Very rude and try their best to intimidate you. They have alot of personal info on you as well as your family contacts. THis is a SCAM.
I received a call from 0000000000 , they left message with call back #203-6835859. I returned call spoke with Thomas bates . I was told I owned money , he had all my personal info n wanted payment or they would take 25% of my wages and freeze my accts. Also, said conversion was being taped to play in court. hmmm real or scam????
Spoke to a "Richard Bennington" after a call from an unknown number said that they tried to deliver papers at 8:15 the previous morning. Said I owed almost $4000 due to not paying on a credit card I got in 2010...I never even applied for one then. Luckily, we realised it was a scam because also, my last name was different then than what it is now...if it was an account in 2010, my previous name would have been used
