"Out of area" call house after 9 PM. When they got voicemail, just hung up. Checked number online said it was Kerr and Downs Research which is some market research company out of Tallahassee. We are on the national do not call list.
Not a scam. It is a research company. I was contacted for a survey because I recently went to a quit smoking class through a program called ahec. The survey is to help better the program.
