Yet another call from the telemarketer claiming to be my electric company "ACE". Blocked.

name unavailable.no message.just ordered panasonic kx-tg7743s phone that blocks 30 calls,that plus comcast blocks 12 should hopefully do the trick.

every day there is another call from one of these numbers

they are getting on my last nerve.  I do not do business with any of them and do not want them calling me

from what I read, they can't be blocked.  Looks like it's coming from Skype.
I also read that international calls can't be blocked either

VERY Very Annoying.....at least 3x a day.  When they don't get an answer on the house phone, they call our business line within seconds!  
WHY can they continue to call and how do we stop it?????
