Calls several times a day, any time of the day. They are debt collectors who bought closed accounts and are trying to collect any way they can. They offer settlements as well as hardship assistance. The customer service representative was actually nice and acted professional.
they call almost daily, including my work # which I've told them is not allowed. I confirm my name but when i refused to give any other "confirmation" info they get very rude and say it's their "rules" to verify. I said it's against FDCPA if THEY call ME to ask me to verify any of that (As i worked in a debt collection call center for 10 years and know the laws). they refuse to give me any info why they're calling, and I always give them the opportunity to continue what they need to tell me without doing their "verification". they get angry, hang up on me and call back multiple times the same day and hang up.
Caller ID say SRA Associates, rings twice and hangs up. I never answer the phone anymore, there are so many robo calls and spam calls, if it's legit, they will leave a message with their name and who they are asking for. It's old though.
I run a support group and this number was calling every day and hanging up. I called them back and they were looking for another person who owned our phone number previously for a debt collection. They promptly removed our number so as not to contact again. They were very polite
Two posts out of nine on this thread are from shills. A good effort, but not as good as the first two pages of the recent Fiesta Magazine postings, which were near 50% shills.
