Calls several times a day, any time of the day. They are debt collectors who bought closed accounts and are trying to collect any way they can. They offer settlements as well as hardship assistance. The customer service representative was actually nice and acted professional.
Jason from SRA called about a personal business matter. They want to verify ID when they called you! Sounded like a scam, he said I'll have to end call if you don't verify, I said ok and hung up.
I turned in a leased vehicle on November 9th when I got a new one; the dealer paid it off. A Tracy Daniels (rude, condescending) told me my lease was not paid (Hyundai). I verified with the dealer that it was and let it go. Then last Thursday she called again. They ask for my zip and date of birth. I called my salesman; he & his manager verified it was paid. Last night Tracy D called me again saying they never got a call. I mentioned that I hadn't received anything in the mail about this (I refuse to let my excellent credit rating be destroyed), for an address of the business and if she could email me the info. She said they aren't allowed to give out their address nor do they email NOR can they return phone calls & that I had to give permission if I allowed them to talk to the dealer. The red flag finally went off. I will be telling her to stop calling me today.
