Called my cell phone this morning, 6/13/17, I just blocked the call. I don't know anyone in New Jersey, so I knew it was some sort of robocaller/telemarketer call. I downloaded an app called CallWatch about a year ago, it knows what numbers are spam, telemarketer and robocalls and instantly blocks the call and number from contacting me again. It also notifies me of unknown numbers and what I would like to do with them, ie., block, save, answer, etc. And it will, if the info is available, tell me who the number belongs to. It's helped me a lot. Just thought I'd let others know about it, so you all won't get so many of these types of calls. :-)
