They are paying this LEADS company to call for them. Obviously this is part of the same "leads" company that does these recorded messages about credit card debt and other financial junk.
I keep getting calls from this number. I have called it back and selected the opt out but keep getting calls. I later spoke briefly with a customer representative and told him my number was on the National Do Not Call list and urged him to have my number removed. Guess what? I received a call again from them today. Completely annoying.
This number keeps calling me. I am om the National do not call list and I have called this number back and hit #1 to be removed. They still call a few weeks/months later.
I would register a formal complaint on donotcall.gov website. They do not enforce any action against the company but filling multiple complaints will force them to take an action.
