Keep getting calls from 856-229-9193 claiming to be from Google with a warning that somehow my customers won't be able to find me unless I do something. I pressed the number to be connected to someone. As soon as I started to ask her what this was about, she hung up on me. I called back and got a recording to press 1 to be removed. I did - we'll see.
Do people really fall for this stuff still? Do these people make good money doing this? Sad... very sad... the person that runs these scams must be very proud of themselves to steal money from unsuspecting people... special place in hell for these type of people.
I spoke with customer support at Google and they will go after these people if we can find their name. This is NOT google, this is a set of companies that do SEO work for your website. They use google's name to get you to answer.
Dumb a$$wipe punks, they are too stupid to ever stop calling. The Google SEO scam is sooooooo old, can't believe anyone is still stupid enough trying to scam people with it.
What I can't figure out is how are these people not getting sued they're pretending to be Google Yahoo and bing. I guess we should all pretend to be a big company and make money please somebody find out where they are and walk into their office with a baseball bat
