Caller ID says "Test". I did not answer the call, and they did not leave a message. They never do. I blocked the number but they are just going to call from another number in a day or so. Geez we will never get rid of these creeps.
I didn't answer... no message left either. I'm a business owner in the 916 area code and when we "do not" recognize out of state calls on my caller ID - we don't answer. We get 10 calls like this every day M-F.
A telemarketer(?) calling to "lower my credit card rate"? Yet they have no clue as to my credit card type, number or provider. At best they are telemarketers operating in violation of the DNC laws. Worse, they just might be operating a scam phishing for your credit card information. In either case, they are breaking the law. Why would anyone do business with them?
