This is tied to an LLC that is active across the country. It may be diabetic supplies one time, or Alliance Healthcare, then I get business calls for a $250,000 business loan. Actually stayed on the line the last time around. Got Cecil, swore he was in California, but my bet is New Delhi. Recorded the call.
I took a victim services course for my advocacy work. This system allows someone to call from anywhere, but appear on caller ID as a legitimate caller. Thus, several companies (scam artists) can each rotate around to appear to be coming from this number. Do Not Call enlistment does not help at all. If you opt for #2 to be put on THEIR do not call list, it will simply rotate over to another number next time they call. Many times they will disconnect when you answer. I'd love to find a way to bring these vermin businesses down.
I have been receiving these calls coming from Camden, NJ. A person by the name of Fiona asked if I was diabetic. I could hardly hear her, she sounded foreign. I told her there was no diabetes in our family, we had blood tests to prove it and to quit calling. What is the matter with Congress?? They are a lazy bunch and they could stop these calls. Remember to vote them all OUT next election. We are sick and tired of their BS. I told this woman I would report her for harassment. Today I received 2 calls, one at Noon and the second at 5:05 PM. The phone no. is 856-295-5636. A different one since yesterday. Now I look at my caller ID all the time.
SPAM SCORE SHOULD BE 100%. Name was "LGL RGTHS WCA" and its the FIFTH or SIXTH DIFFERENT Number that calls with "WCA" in the name. These numbers are from ALL DIFFERENT area codes; spread out all over the country and call regarding 'your account' even tho' they won't say WHAT acct or WHAT bank/card. They have also called regarding "winning" security systems, trips or store gift cards. THIS IS ALL BOGUS. THEREFORE, these people are SCAMMERS and should be noted as such.
It is ILLEGAL for them to call outside of the hours of 9AM to 9PM. This is a MAJOR violation of the DoNotCallList and FCC LAWS. If you are not already signed up with the DoNotCallList, you should do so immediately. Either way, a calling law has been broken and you have an actionable complaint.
