I DON'T EVEN HAVE A MORTGAGE. OUR HOUSE IS PAID FOR SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THEY ARE CALLING ME. SO I DID WHAT BOB SAID AND WENT TO THE SITE TO HAVE MY NUMBER REMOVED. I DON'T NEED THIS IDIOTS CALLING ME.
Calls once or twice a month. Doesn't leave a message? I called it back and it just says 'Thanks for calling - the next available representative will assist you'.... doesn't say what company it is.
Supposedly, it is Nationstar Mortgage, but 856 is a NJ number and they aren't based in NJ so I'd be suspicious. They don't leave message when they call here either.
They called and said it was NationStar and that they had great news then hung up on me. I was suspicious and called back. A recording said next available teller would assist me, which happened to be the same guy I just spoke to but he didn't remember me. They asked for me or my ex husband whose name is not even on my mortgage. I hung up and googled the number. SCAM!
They are a marketing arm of Nationstar Mortgage. I asked them to not solicit me with offers via telephone and he said they put my number as DND. We will see... If you get a call from them they are prolly wanting you to refinance your home.
