I DON'T EVEN HAVE A MORTGAGE. OUR HOUSE IS PAID FOR SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THEY ARE CALLING ME. SO I DID WHAT BOB SAID AND WENT TO THE SITE TO HAVE MY NUMBER REMOVED. I DON'T NEED THIS IDIOTS CALLING ME.
Absolute disgraceful business practices. Nationstar charges you for things that you never agreed to and then you have to write them a letter and mail it to them to get them to think about removing the charge. Otherwise the charge gets tacked on to your payoff amount with interest no doubt. I too had my mortgage sold to them. Customer service reps speak very quickly when telling you things you might not like and you have to interrupt them to get them to repeat themselves. Very very shady stuff with this company.
Good thing I have Google voice, now they get a recorded message saying that my number is out of service when they call from this number
Thanks for the information everyone I was getting the same calls 2-3 times a day called customer service and told them to remove my # from there list and call this number and told them the same.
