I called the number back on a different phone. It is a "subscription special offer" service. You can remove your number from their database by hitting 1. Whether they will or not is the real question. I added the number to my BlackList app (android) so I won't get anymore calls just in case.
Caller ID says Marketing WCA for this number. I'm on the do not call list. Call came to my landline. It's a recording, told me I may have won LOTS of money (yeah, right). Gave me option to opt out, believe it was press 3. Been getting these scams since "spam blocker" was added to my line 2 days ago...AT&T sucks
