Copy of SMS text message responding to my ad listing a stove for sale on Craigslist: Please send your full name and mailing address, Money Order will be sent to you, pick up will be after you receive payment.

Individual responded to an advertisement on Craigslist.  They offered full price.  When I asked for additional information to continue, the second text was 'please send your full name and mailing address.  Money Order will be sent to you, pickup will be after you receive payment.  Thank goodness for a site like this and the ability to share similar experiences.

Same experience. Trying to sell my phone. Got text with above message. I asked to meet in person with cash and then no reply.

Same experience from Craigslist listing response: Sill 4 Sale? I responded yes.... Response: Please send your full name and mailing address, Money Order will be sent to you, pick up will be after you receive payment. Ignoring this scammer!

same experience, told them I was reporting them to police.  blocked their calls
