Total clap trap. If you were the target of a grand jury investigation, you'd be notified on a face to face basis and by mail from members of law enforcement. You'd have the right to appear (without an attorney) during the GJ proceedings. In any event you would NOT be notified of a GJ proceedings by a phone call out of the blue. Ignore and block these calls. No one in the US is prosecuted for ordinary errors in tax returns.d
