I can't believe this asshat called at this hour, 12:45 am! Fortunately, the ringer was off, but the sound was not, so this clearly Indian voice starts blaring out his threats. The script played THREE TIMES before a woman's recorded voice said Goodbye! Same content as the above posts, and you can hear the sounds of a call center in the background. I cannot imagine anyone falling for this crap, especially calling at this hour! Really ticked. Blocked!
Got the same call at 4 am. I called back and started to tell them never to call me at that time again and the guy who sounded Indian told me he was from US treasury and hung up on me. So I called back and told him donthat hang up and listen to what I have to say. He did but then hung up on me again. Scammers!!
I got the same call. Plus a call from 856 295-0044. When called back Indian person answered. Asked for supervisor said he was, name Richard, asked address he started rattling off address in Washington DC. Advised him not to call me again I was contacting my local IRS office. He hung up. Have blocked both numbers.
