Keeps calling my number. Caller I.D. just says Berlin?

Caller ID said Startel LLc. Telemarketing. Lower my electric bill by 15%. Seems very like 'Lower your credit card interest rates'. I am on the worthless Do Not Call list. Come on FCC, FTC, etc. Don't you have an enforcement arm? Or has it been bought off by the telemarketers?

Caller ID says "IVR"  same as Renzo wants to lower electric bill but as soon as said I didn't know where my bill was he hung up.

Answered and no one was there. Suspect a spam call.

Yes, it's well past time for some class action lawsuits. I notice the Canadian government is finding it so frustrating they've set up numbers and websites for reporting for the purpose of helping citizens sue. Wake up, American legislaters! Let's end this scourge.
