Listen I need to know the truth about this guy with hard facts. My mom will believe anything because she is the best woman I know. This man asked her for a lot of money to help him get out of trouble with the Malaysian government. She did not send it but is still in contact with him. I think he is a scam artist but she wants to give him the benefit of doubt. I need help. I love her and don't want to see her get hurt I will find the truth. He is back in the states supposedly.

I am I guess not as smart as a lot of people. I knew this man as John Copeland. He did tell me most of the things that have been mentioned here. I believed everything he told me. But our encounter began on Match.com. I flew to New Jersey to visit him and he left me stranded at airport. I did send him money and I can kiss that goodbye. The last straw he was in Malaysia and needed me to book him a flight home. Told him I would as soon as he gave me credit card info. Said he did not have credit card back, they hadn't released that yet. He asked for banking info and they would send a wire transfer. Luckily I had two accounts each with different banks and gave him info for one I never used and only had a few dollars in it. Next thing I know I get a call from the Bank's fraud department and this was an attempt at money laundering. Oh yes he said that he had nothing to do with it was the attorney's negligence. I have reported what info I had to the FBI. Beware!!!
