This number called my cell phone at 11:45 AM PST on Jun 18.  I have given my cell number to only two persons so do not answer incoming calls except for those numbers.  To see who this unauthorized caller was, I  called the number back and got a recorded message "We're sorry but the voice mail box for this number has not been set up yet."
