Just recevied a message from them, stating that if I don't call them back they could only "wish me luck" well, last year, I fell for that line and it cost me $700 to a scam artist....Not falling for it again. I have already turned the case over to fraud.
They said they were a law firm sueing me and said if I Gave them 310 dollars they would STOp it but days before somebody else got me for 510 dollars on a loan they were suppose to give me they called themselves Allie loan but screwed me
I was also called by this number. They were caliing to threaten that if I didn't pay the 528 dollars I would be arrested. Needless to say that didn't go over well. I contacted my local police department and asked if there was a warrent out for my arrest. They have no record of anything for me, not even a traffic violation. I didn't pay them anything and have filled phone harrassment charges on them. They claimed to be with the South Jersey Law Firm, and their names are Mark Smith and David Foster. I hope these scammers get a healthy dose of karma in the near future.
I also received a call from this number and they threatened that if I didn't pay them $715 that a police officer would be at my job the next morning to arrest me, that I would be in jail for 15 days and I will end up having to pay $5,000 dollars and I better get an attorney. Needless to say, none of this happened.
Consumer debt in America is *not* a criminal matter. Lawful debt collection is a process, not an ambush, and you are due a chance at each stage to raise a dispute. The moment you hear "pay up or you'll be (pick two) sued /arrested / jailed", you have a thug with no proof who is begging for a *real* lawsuit from you, if you can find a target.

The y also told me that if I did not pay $715 that I would be arrested at my job. The even called in the PM pretending to be a police officer stating that they would be at my job the next day at a certain time to arrest me at my job I did call the sheriff department about this. Just don't listen to these people
