They said they were a law firm sueing me and said if I Gave them 310 dollars they would STOp it but days before somebody else got me for 510 dollars on a loan they were suppose to give me they called themselves Allie loan but screwed me
I received 4 calls from this number today within about 5 minutes, did leave one voicemail. "David Foster" (I think that's what he said, the message was very difficult to understand with the thick Indian accent) needs to hear from me or my attorney ASAP and then some gibberish I couldn't put together as a complete intelligible sentence.
So debt collectors now have the ability to render a verdict and then sentence the accused? I know there are some people out there who aren't very intelligent, but do these nitwits actually think someone would fall for it?

i am a victim also to this #. I was told by a mark oconnor that I had a $900 payday loan that was never paid up so if I pay this I would not be arrested and no criminal charges would be filled they called me at work also they new a lot of info about me so I was scarred because I did however have a unpaid loan when they tried to get money from me again I said NO WAY I AM GETTING AN ATTORNEY and I did they r not who they say they are and I have lost money PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THEM!!!!
