said I requested information on how to extend the warranty on my car.. Not,,,they call my work phone.. hung up. they do not say who they are. just to press a button to learn more.
These people have been calling my entire family's cell phones, including my kids! How do they get cell phone numbers? I follow the directions for being taken off the call list, but they STILL CALL??!!! HOW FRUSTRATING!

I agree with JR who posted on Jan. 13, 2009 that this is a national problem, that vulnerable people are being damaged, and that it's going to take a national legislative and/or law enforcement approach to control it. Which means that we as citizens need to press our local consumer advocate offices and attorney general's offices to take coordinated action.
