This is some loser who has about 4 worthless women working for him that call #'s at random and attempt to collect bogus debts. They claim they are collecting for hospitals, fitness clubs, etc. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not return any phone calls. Don't attempt to explain anything to them. NEVER answer a number you don't recognize no matter how curious you are. Worthless humans who pray on innocent people should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Unfortunately, they just reopen under a new name and begin to harrass and steal again.
Assigned credit solutions is a very unprofessional debt collector. They call people and they don't
even care if the phone number they are calling belongs to the person they are looking for, then they rudely demand payments. They
have continually harassed and left messages on my phone for someone I don't even know. Assigned Credit Solutions has
threatened me for a debt which I have no knowledge of and does not belong to me. They have threatened me physically and attacked me verbally. This form of debt collection practices should be illegal. They have no respect for people and the only thing that matters to them is taking money
from people whether they owe a true debt or not.

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time, date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

Claim to have 50,000 accounts and 30 employees. Supposedly uses some sort of metric-statistical system where they pick the parties most likely to pay larger sums of money and use their collectors to concentrate on them. Supposedly using letters on others.

My sister just received a call from this number and a Joann was asking to speak with me. She said she wanted to speak with me to get "the other side of the story". I have no outstanding debt so this must be a scam. I did call them back at first and nobody answered.
