We aren't late on our mortgage and never have been but we started receiving these calls a few days ago so when the phone rang again a moment ago, I decided to find out who it was. If they are a mortgage company, they are breaking the law because we are on the Do Not Call list !!!
Pretended to be with PHH mortgage and wanted me to make a mortgage payment right now. How did he get my phone number and know I had a PHH mortgage. Also offer to take my personal information to assist me with a loan modification, LOL!
