Yes, it was clear from the many people who reported, but your long post only appears as if your making excuses for them as a shill, so I commented accordingly. A simple statement of being an employee and wanted to 'come clean' about it being a scam would have been much more effective at getting the message across. As for getting called again, thats why they made call blockers. :)
Ok, I'm gonna give you some advices to avoid being bothered by us.
First of all, we are not bad people, we just need the job, I'm working for them a lot time ago, days ago i didn't know that i was scamming people, actually, none of us know that, we are from Central America and we just were hired by a professional call center (actually one of the best on the country, they are not scammers, they just bring their services to a lot of companies, and sadly, to Courtesy Call/Donor Relations too, so our Call Center doesn't have any fault, they just were hired to hire us), so we use a computer program to play pre-recorded voices for quality control purposes to get donations, BUT YOU ARE TALKING TO REAL PEOPLE, we use the scripts to communicate, but we have feelings too, do not insult us, and please don't yell, but i truly understand your frustration, that's why I'm gonna give you these tips. The whole company thinks that we are actually helping people.
I'm not going to give you any personal information about me for obvious reasons, i need the job but i feel terrible and i hate doing this to innocent people. I really really apologize.
OK LET'S START:
1) DO NOT HANG UP (at least at the beginning of the call), because we are going to place your number on the "Call Back" list, so you will keep receiving calls. If you listen great part of the intro script, or you say that you are not interested at the end of the intro we will place your number on the "Not Interested" list, and you will receive another call in six months. Sometimes the system fails and the lists got reseted, so please be patient, it is not our fault.
BUT NEVER JUST HUNG UP, NEEEEEVEEEER!!!
2) BE CLEAR AND LISTEN THE WHOLE SCRIPT
So you don't want to being called right? Tell us about that! Just say "Please take me off your list" or "I'm on the Do Not Call List" and PLEASE, PLEASE! Listen the script, if you are being called from a decent and professional agent your requests will be happly honored, we will place your number on its respective list, but again, the system fails sometimes. *Disclaimer* Your number will be taken out of our list just for a year, although if you are on the DNC, hopefully we will never call you back.
3) JHONNY, TIMMY, THE HEAD OF THE HOUSEHOLD.
This advice is related to the previous advices, we will response and place your number on its respective list based on your specific answers.
Example:
Is [Your Name, a name]/[The Head of the household] of there?
~Yes, speaking: intro.
~No (just no), he/she is not available, from someone from the same gender as you: Ok well there's not message, we will just try back [List, Call Back, you will be called again], there it is your mistake, you think we won't try back if you hang up or say no, that's not reality bro, sorry.
~No (just no), he/she is not available, from someone from a different gender as you: Oh we are calling for either one of you, intro.
~Wrong Number: Oh well maybe you can help me, intro.
~ This is a work phone, a business, or he/she is deceased: Oh I'm sorry about that, i'll update my records. [YOU WON'T BE CALLED AGAIN, FINALLY] *Keep in mind that the system fails, sorry if you are called again*
SO WATCH YOUR WORDS, 'CAUSE YOUR ANSWERS TRIGGERS OUR COMMANDS.
And as a personal favor, don't be rude, we are trained to be polite and kind and the more human-like as possible, if you get rude calls or the voice sounds dumb or takes a long time to answer, the agent is doing it wrong and be sure that he or she will be penalized.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT?
I will try to answer your questions, i will save this post and check it everytime as possible, thank you for your time and consideration, have beautiful day/evening/night and again, SORRY!
Your long winded post will not effectively convince anyone to accept it as a genuine legitimate Donations collection agency. Your post reads more like that of someone who scams people and is attempting to reassure them its ok to just blindly give out their hard earned money. If you are sincere about what you say, then perhaps try posting a website that shows you are a reputable company collecting on behalf of those Charities. The websites should be FROM those Charities and have information about you soliciting for them.
Oh Dude, sorry, it seems like i wasn't clear enough.
IT IS A SCAM!!!
I THOUGHT I WAS HELPING PEOPLE BUT NOW THAT I KNOW THE TRUTH I WANT TO HELP YOU TO AVOID CALLS.
DO NOT DONATE!!!
But i wanted to stop calling you, but we have a line of call that we must follow, i'm just trying to show how to use it in your favor, because even if you know it is a scam and you hang up the call you will be called back and back.

I FEEL TERRIBLE!!!
We are told that we are helping people, as i said, we are not bad people, when we wake up every morning we don't say "Oh God, what a day to scam gringos..." We are just workers doing our work.
As soon as i realized that all of this is a scam i wanted to help you somehow, sadly i really need this job, you don't know what is like to live in the third word, so if i keep working doing this, at least i can give you useful information to avoid being scammed, i hope still working on this call center cause it is a great place to work, we are not slaves as the Courtesy Call workers in Las Vegas, thanks to the call center that worries about their workers, hopefully i will change my account to costumer service, so i can help people instead of scamming them.
