The same woman has called me repeatedly on behalf of this "children's cancer charity" for nearly two years. I have told her many times to stop calling, but she would not, and last night after she called again, I finally called RCN and told them to block the number (don't know why I didn't do it earlier). I have never given them money, so I don't know why she is so persistent.
Received this call from childrens cancer, Vanessa said they were a fundraiser. She thanked for my donation last year and handed me off to another woman. I told her I did not send them anything last year. I asked where they were located she said Minnasota. i asked what the money was used for, after a 30 second pause she answered to bring them comfort. I asked her a series of questions and each time there was a long pause before giving stupid answer. She then asked me for my name and andress. They called me, I hung up on them. These are scammers.They called my phone for about 5 months before I talked to them, they never left a message.
