This guy has called me twice now saying he is with the treasury and that I am going to have legal action against me if I do not call. Don't know how that would work since I am in a chapter 13.
Someone named "Patrick" left a voicemail, pretending to be from the U.S. Treasury Department threatening that legal action was going to be taken and that if I did not call back that, "We better hear from your attorney soon, or else, good luck to you! (implying lawsuit/impending doom)" They have left a voicemail twice now. The message itself sounds very suspicious, intrusive, and belligerant. The phone called is also on the Do Not Call List as well. This is a scam, and searching online, many other people have received similar phone calls from the number.
