Who called from 8583757158

Have no idea who this is.  They never leave a message.  The only thing Caller ID shows is "Intl. Number".

Incoming call from a long distance phone service, the number is local but the person on the phone is, in my case, my mum calling from the UK.

Immediate hangup. Number indicated "Intl Number" odd because I'm in the same area code. Definitely not legit.

My brother calls me in San Diego from Austrailia on Skype.  This is the # that shows up sometimes.  Sometimes it just says "Unknown".
