There calling me to give a message to a neighbor down the street????

Got a call, while on a call; I let it go to voicemail.  A minute later; another call from the same number (from CA).  A woman asked for "Lewis" to return her call.  Didn't get her name or extention number.

Left a message on voicemail that she needed a call back from me.  Had quite an attitude.  Didn't say where she was calling from.  Name is Andrea and the  number she left as a call back 858-577-3643 was different from the call ID 858-621-6092.
