Got a call from 858-666-1071 identified on phone caller ID as EDI. Phone rang twice, I answered and there was silence on the other end for some time. Web research brought forth no results.
I took a chance, I returned a call to this number, and "Oliver" answered eventually, and when I asked who this was, it was reported as "National Endowment Center," and when questioned as to the location, "Oliver" responded with Philippine Islands, so it's some sort of link to an overseas...could hear voices in the background, and I'm highly suspicious of this caller, the background noises were voices making other calls, no doubt similar to mine..
Received a call from this number same thing called me 2 times, no response, silence, called number back 2 times, silence! Finally a man answered and said I filled out an application for insurance which I did not, asked if I wanted to add to what I already have now. I said no and he said OK thank you mam and hung up.
same thing happemed to me this number is now a suspicious but I'm pretty sure it's linked with some type of porn site which is sad because they're just blanket calling numbers and people actually get paid for that s***
