Stated they were in court on the 23rd of Feb and the judge there told them to proceed with my case asked who the judge was they wouldn't say they are a 3rd party debt collector using scare tactics...do not fall for it do not give them a dime they are liars, stating I took a loan out and never even heard of the company they stated I took the money from... when I refused they said "Good LUCk" arguing with a judge that accepted my case. pretty sure you have to be summons to court before the judge ok's a lawsuit to go after you...
Now THAT'S funny! A bogus debt collector actually said that a Judge told him to proceed with his case? I've heard a lot of Blarney & BS from Scammers but what that one told you deserves a prize!

Got this same call 3 days in a row....sounds like a recorded message. He says it's imperative that he speaks to me or my attorney TODAY! Well, if it's that 'imperative' I don't think they'd call 3 days in a row
I laughed at them as well when they told me that as well...they are idiots and scam artist, feel sorry for those who fall for their crapola.. and they are out of Kentucky im in texas...they need to take that BS else where. knowing them they will call again and ill have a little more fun with their lies again...
