Call from some Richard Bass of "Mediation Services" stating that there is a pending case in his office. If he said that he didn't hear from me or my attorney, I'd be waving my legal rights.
Got a call today stating I have two payday loans out and that I have a case on fraudulent for two payday loans. They couldn't tell me who the payday loans were just kept saying alternative mediation. I told them I didn't take out any payday loan. And that I had my identity stolen in 2004.
