Just got a call as well. Caller ID said Andrew Rodriguez from KY. No voice mail left

Do not know this number. No message left. I want the number to stop calling my cell now!

this number has called me several times today even after I told them I did not want to talk to them and to stop calling!

Calls from this number day and night. Just got one at 9PM. Says unavailable but also lists the number.  No one talks...they breathe. Called my cell and my home phone. Strange.

A friend is visiting from Charleston, SC.  They have called his number twice already.  He didn't answer as he knows no one from Kentucky.
