I woke up this morning to find a miss call on my cell phone from this number only my call was at 5:31am. Thank heavens my phone was on silent. I can't imagine receiving this call at that time of morning. I never would have answered anyway not knowing who it was from. But after reading this I know what it was about, but I wasn't expecting a call from them anyway. This service call was cancelled - talk about morons. I'm totally glad to be out from under these idiots and won't be recommending these people to anyone!
She said she forgot her password and couldn't access Trimble. I asked if she was an employee or if this was on a product. First she said employee then product. I asked what the product was so I could direct her to the appropriate dept., she just hung up. She said she worked for Direct TV/Multiband.
This number belongs to Multi-Band, a DirecTV sub-contractor. The caller ID says "KENTUCKY CALL."
They had me miss half a day of work to be here between 12:00-4:00pm. They have called three times and have been pleasant, but that does not negate the fact that it is 8:55pm and their installation technician has not shown up.
When I tried using this same number to call them back, the recording says the number has been disconnected.
Thank you Multi-Band for wasting my day for me and making it impossible for me to call you back.
dtv sucks. programming is good but customer service and service outright suck. new customers get free everything but 20 years with them and nothing extra. going back to locals only screw them.
