I woke up this morning to find a miss call on my cell phone from this number only my call was at 5:31am. Thank heavens my phone was on silent. I can't imagine receiving this call at that time of morning. I never would have answered anyway not knowing who it was from. But after reading this I know what it was about, but I wasn't expecting a call from them anyway. This service call was cancelled - talk about morons. I'm totally glad to be out from under these idiots and won't be recommending these people to anyone!
Message left on my cell phone "reminding" me of our appointment.....only I never made an appointment with DirecTV or Multiband. I believe they are running a scam using Compromised Identies. Either way, if this is the kind of sloppy business practices that DirecTV use, then I will never purchase their services.
I went through an AT&T sales representative to get both AT&T UVerse internet and DirectTV satellite TV. I had an appointment set up through DirectTV, but was contacted by this number saying they could come out earlier, and gave me a time slot of 4pm to 8pm. I Google'd the number and found all these poor reviews, so I made sure to call DirectTV to ensure my original time was still in place. Good thing I did, because the technician never came. I'm just glad I didn't take off work. I would avoid this company!
And DirectTV wonders why they get drilled in Customer service scores. Just had Multiband cancel install with 30 minutes left in a 4 hour window. Customer Service rep tells me not her problem? Really!!!
Got a call from this company this morning. Called the number back to see what the company name was and the number said disconnected. My mother apparently had a made a few calls inquiring about different cable services. I would report these people to the better business buro. The woman on the phone said something about it being Direct TV or cable.
