Who called from 8593561786

Call comes in, I answer, nothing but clicking on the other end. So freaking annoying. Why can't someone do something about these idiot callers??

This number called us at 7 am!  Caller ID Says Dwayne Hicks.  Caller s obviously from India from accent and claims to be microsoft wanting to log onto our computer about an urgent issue.  scam!  I tel them no way and your a scam and hang up.  I called back and the Voicemail says Dwayne  and is obviously not an indian man.  Hs mailbox is full.  I am guessing is is a hacked number

U answer the call and silence on the other end. Let's et rid of these  telemarketers.  Had Ky calls before
