This phone number belongs to a rental scammer who steals legitimate postings for homes listed for SALE, posts the stolen details and photos on Craiglist offering the property for RENT. However, he is "out of town" and cannot show the property, and tells you to ignore the FOR SALE sign at the property claiming the Realtor stole money from him, the reason he is now handling it himself. He uses the name Phillip Kotecki, and many other names as well.  BEWARE
