There are two main problems with that. First you are assuming the call is illegal which it probably isn't, their collection methods would be. The second is that your phone number shows up as the call to that 800 number, so they are aware of what you are doing.
So your great plan is to make the same complaint in this thread "over and over and over and over and over and over" and week after week after week after week after week after week, using a different alias each time. In essence you plan to imitate the obnoxious behavior of PRA indefinitely. Meanwhile, the smarter readers will have put the clamps on long ago with a single written notice, while your phones continue to ring.
