Someone calling from this number saying they are Terry Anderson with Mediation Services have been calling for me and harassing a friend of mine. I have no idea what it can concern, but I will report them to the NC State Attorney. General and FTC.
Calling from this number and 2 others now saying they are from a pre-trial mediation service and I need to pay a "restitution fee" to the state where I reside from a payday loan I had taken out years ago. If I didn't pay up they would criminally prosecute me. I have reported this the the FTC and my local state authorities.
I received a call saying that I had committed a felony in defrauding a payday loan company, the woman's name was Hilary Colinsworth. How do I go about reporting these people? I spoke with ACE payday loan which is the only payday loan I've ever taken out and that was 10+ years ago and I paid it back, just to ensure that I wasn't in debt to them. They reassured me that I owed them nothing and this was a scam!
