I just got the same call. Very arrogant lady saying that they will be serving me with a court summons tomorrow morning. She says that there is a case and reference number and that I need to call back another toll free number for details. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! They ask for personal information such as social and date of birth. If you aren't a scam,, then you should be able to verify it for ME!!! Im pretty sure this is a "scam" of sorts. I have no collection actions against me, so......... Citigroup..... ya right!!
got two calls from this number... says Citigroup..... no message.... when you call back you get a recording saying 'recorded for quality purposes' and then you hear it ringing and then call is disconnected. not sure if this is Citibank or not... but have blocked the call.
