Received a call saying something about a vehicle warranty or something. Heavy accent. Called a few times, happened to answer once because it looked like a local number. I am blocking the number now.
Called my old phone number looking for me. My mother picked up, and said they were from the CT Legal Services. Heavy accent, and I haven't needed any legal services, so likely a telemarketer that's local to me.
called me for third time. I actually answered. They said they were calling from the Vehicle Processing Department and then started talking about my car. I interrupted and asked Vehicle Processing Department from what company? They hung up immediately.
I called the number and got a message saying their office was closed and that normal hours are xxxxx. The time they called me are within their normal hours
On caller ID it was CT Legal Services. Trying to selling me an extended warranty but couldn't even pronounce the vehicle name F-150. He said one hundred and fifty vs 1-50 which is standard pronunciation. Barely spoke English and when I asked to be put on the no call list he told me No and when I said excuse me he said no again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me. Tried to call back and got a message that they were closed.
